Construction of mini-apartments in the "Casa Vittoria" complex

The project concerns the renovation and re-functioning of a property, belonging to the "Casa Vittoria" complex at Via Portuense 220, with the aim of creating mini-apartments for both housing and co-housing solutions. The objective of the intervention is to accommodate a significant number of people, thus responding to a concrete and current housing need. The planned works include architectural, structural, plant and fire protection adaptations to ensure the safety and functionality of the building.

The project responds to the need to create, in the current Casa di Riposo Roma 1, several family-type residential solutions, such as community housing, co-housing and mini-housing. The project follows the guidelines established by Roma Capitale, for the reorganisation of the housing system for the elderly, with the aim of improving the quality of life of the facility's guests.

Extraordinary maintenance of the municipal road network – Municipality XII Viale delle Mura Gianicolensi

In view of the Jubilee 2025, Roma Capitale is organising maintenance and improvement works on both main and local roads in order to facilitate the movement of pilgrims and tourists throughout the city. This programme involves all 15 municipalities of Rome, each responsible for the resurfacing of the roads under its jurisdiction, with a special focus on connecting axes. The investment will be equally distributed among the municipalities and interventions will be allocated through a centralised tender to ensure uniformity and consistency. The maintenance will include resurfacing the bituminous conglomerate paving, cleaning the drains for rainwater disposal, restoring road markings and maintaining the areas adjacent to the roads.

Auditorium Albergotti

The Albergotti Auditorium, destroyed by a fire in November 2016, is currently undergoing renovation.

The reconstruction works, which began in January 2024 and are scheduled to be in the final phase in December, represent an important urban regeneration action, aimed at restoring the Auditorium's main vocation as a cultural space.

This redevelopment will have a significant impact on the entire quadrant both in terms of city planning and urban safety, helping improve the quality of life of all citizens and promoting greater social cohesion.

INCLUSION

Redevelopment and expansion of the nursery school "Il Fantabosco" located in the territory of Municipality XIII – Roma Aurelio

Activities will include functional redevelopment, securing and expansion of the nursery school.

The project aims to respond to the needs of the community by strengthening the offer of educational services of the "Il Fantabosco" nursery school by increasing the number of children who can be accommodated: from 69 to 90. The expansion will be achieved through the construction of a new structurally autonomous building, using the same type of construction as the existing building. Project objectives will include:

  • the increase of the seismic safety index to 0.82;
  • the improvement of the energy class up to letter D;
  • fire-fighting adaptation.
