The redevelopment of thegreen aerea of Via Balusani is underway. The project involves the establishment of new trees, the construction of a new irrigation system, the installation of gazebos and picnic tables.

This intervention plans for the complete renovation of the 27 stations on Rome's Metro A Line and involves the renovation of each station's infrastructure and design. 

Activities will include the replacement of parts for transfer systems (escalators, elevators) to promote accessibility, the creation of systems for the collection and conveyance of rainwater, the waterproofing of areas such as atriums and platforms, and the revision of existing transfer systems. The interventions will be completed with the renovation of station finishings, following a specific redevelopment project for each station regarding the renovation of walls, ceilings, flooring, lighting, and signs for functionality and safety inside the stations. The interior spaces will be redesigned and updated with special attention to spaces dedicated to ATAC staff, such as ticket offices and station booths.

The Farsetti estate has been documented at least since the mid seventeenth century: in the 1665 "Stati d’anime" of the parish of S. Maria in Trastevere, the "vineyard of the Falsetti gentlemen" located "outside Porta S. Pangratio" is mentioned.

Although less prominent than other buildings in Villa Doria Pamphilj, Casalino Farsetti still retains considerable historical and architectural interest. The importance of the building within the context of the villa is linked not only to its original function but also to its capacity to bear witness to the socio-economic transformations of the estate. Its strategic position along the main road axis makes it a connecting element between the more monumental areas and those used for cultivation.

The project provides for a series of works aimed at improving the building's energy performance, achieving an improvement of two energy classes, and making it once again accessible and usable to citizens. Works will be carried out to upgrade the building systems and energy performance, within the limits imposed by the specific protection regimes to which they are subject, with the objectives of halting deterioration, providing for subsequent maintenance activities, facilitating reopening to the public for cultural and recreational use, and protecting the structure from acts of vandalism, break-ins and unauthorised use. A hydronic heat pump unit and new double-glazed wooden frames will also be installed, ensuring good insulation of the building envelope and the roof.

The intervention is part of the project that wants to extend the information services of the PStop circuit to tourists and local residents. PStops are hubs that offer high-quality services to tourists and local residents, managed in collaboration with tour operators and local authorities. The transparent kiosks offer tourist services and access to sanitised toilets in the basement, accessible to people with disabilities and families. The company managing the agreement for the existing structures will finance three new kiosks in Piazza di Spagna, Sidney Sonnino and Città Leonina, expanding the offer to the existing toilets already present in these locations and more.

The intervention concerns the safety improvement, through the renewal of the road pavement, of a section of Via dell’Idroscalo, Via Torcegno, Via Ponte Gardena, Via della Martinica, Via dell’Appagliatore, Via del Casaletto di Giano, Via Acton. 

The intervention, aimed at improving the road safety of pedestrians, aims at ensuring the safety of 30 dangerous pedestrian crossings, distributed in the 15 Municipalities of Roma Capitale — the so-called pedestrian black points.

Activities will include:

• better definition of trajectories, calibration of the crossing area through signage and minimal physical works; 

• the control and reduction of speeds thanks to new horizontal, vertical and luminous signs; 

• the light infrastructural reorganisation of the intersection, the re-profiling of roadsides and traffic curbs; the remodulation and safety of spaces, paths and pedestrian crossings; the optimisation of parking spaces and visibility; 

• optimisation of manoeuvres and traffic light regulation.

Since the first quarter of 2025, the first five interventions were completed, located in the following areas of Municipalities I, II, III, IV; X and XI:

The socio-medical care model will provide simplified pathways for access to services and multidimensional and integrated care.

One of the main strategies will be the strengthening of territorial domiciliary services, with the creation of networks covering groups of flats not integrated in a structure. This will allow the elderly to remain in their own area, receiving the services required to meet their needs. 
Alternatively, the Service Local Areas (Ambiti Territoriali di Servizio, ATS) may propose the gradual redevelopment of public residential facilities into groups of independent flats.

The use of home automation, telemedicine and remote monitoring elements will help to improve the effectiveness of the intervention, enabling constant supervision and timely assistance.
