Project description

The project focuses on the creation of an integrated database system, aimed at providing smart services to personalise the tourist experience for citizens and tourists. The aim is to facilitate activity and travel planning through the use of advanced technology for diversified data analysis and learning.
The system will integrate information on the informative and cultural heritage of the administration, as well as real-time data on local public services. The digital systems of private providers will be included, allowing the creation of additional synergy services.
With this system, citizens and tourists will be able to access personalised services, such as travel suggestions based on individual preferences, accommodation bookings, ticket purchases, restaurants and activities, as well as information on public transport and current cultural events. Thanks to data analysis and system learning, proposals will be increasingly targeted and aligned with user needs.
The digital outlook of the tourist experience aims to improve the use of services, making it easier and more convenient to plan and customise trips. It also promotes partnerships between public and private institutions, creating opportunities through synergies and offering a wide range of options to visitors.
The main aim is to develop a dynamic and interconnected tourism ecosystem that allows citizens and tourists to have a memorable and rewarding experience.
