Project description
Various extraordinary maintenance and consolidation interventions are planned on the access stairway to the banks of the Tiber River in the urban section to secure the stairway structure and guarantee the safety of citizens. The stairways present detachments between steps and parapet, as well as a general state of wear caused by vegetation. Work will include the restoration and replacement of travertine steps and slabs, the removal of weeds and the installation of quickly lockable gates to ensure safety in the event of river floods.
