Project description
The project involves the redevelopment of the building complex known as "ex Gil" of Ostia Lido. Built between 1933 and 1936, the building has been used in different ways over time until the transfer of ownership from the Region Lazio to Roma Capitale and the Municipality X of Rome.
This significant restoration project, covering an area of approximately 4,103 square meters and including interventions on both horizontal and vertical green spaces, aims to house the headquarters of Local Police – X Gruppo Mare , the headquarters of the Justice of the Peace and the Smart City Lab offices of the Municipality of Rome X.
