The project involves the redevelopment and management of the former Punto Verde Qualità 13.08 - Zone Plan B/8 Madonnetta - of Roma Capitale. The area is characterised by structures that were built and later partially abandoned and vandalised. The objective is to redevelop the entire Parco della Madonnetta to provide the local community with sports, recreational, and social inclusion services amidst green surroundings. A systemic approach has been adopted, identifying 4 main areas: 

• Green spaces system 
• Pathways and resting areas system 
• Borders, access and parking system 
•  Built structures system. 

The following points will guide the project's execution: 

• maintenance of the original purpose of the area (agro romano) and redevelopment of the pre-existing areas;

• renovation of the main buildings with interventions that ensure greater energy efficiency using materials and techniques compatible with environmental sustainability;

• accessibility and removal of architectural barriers;

• seismic retrofitting;

• land conservation;

• implementation of activities aimed at social inclusion, cultural and sports integration, and the creation of professional opportunities for young people through courses and internships; 

• provision of activities addressed to the neighbourhood, involving local services;

• offering sports services, also involving local associations.
