The intervention concerns the main roads in the territory of Municipality 1, close to the Vatican City. Some of these streets will be redeveloped according to the "Redevelopment Plan for Historical Paving".The intervention will affect a large network of minor roads in the Borgo Pio area.The cobbled paving will be maintained and subjected to a redevelopment process, which will include the correction of transverse geometries and regularisation of the laying surfaces. The interventions will require a specific approach, aimed at ensuring the durability of the road surface, through the use of innovative methods and materials. In total, approximately 25,000 square metres of road infrastructure will be affected.
