The intervention included the activation of several services on the PagoPA platform, including: 

• road accident reports. It is possible to report and manage road accident files through the PagoPA platform, simplifying the necessary communication and documentation;
• traffic Violation Notices. Thanks to the PagoPA platform, traffic violation notices can be issued, served and managed quickly and efficiently;
• single Property Fee. The PagoPA platform makes it easier, safer and more convenient to manage the payment of the Single Property Fee online;
• monetisation of standards areas. With PagoPA, it is possible to manage the process of monetisation of standards areas, including payments and transaction management in a centralised and automated manner;
• public transport. The PagoPA platform facilitates the payment of public transport services, enabling users to purchase and manage tickets digitally, for a simpler and more efficient experience.
