Waterproofing of the terrace and securing the fronts of a Public Residential Building at Via Petra 105

Project description
The project involved the redevelopment of a Public Residential Building at Via Petra 105, in the Municipality X of Rome. Specifically, the waterproofing layer of the building's terrace was remade in order to permanently solve the issue of water infiltration. Additionally, the building’s fronts have been secured to prevent the plaster from detaching. Here are the planned and completed interventions:
- Renovation of the fronts;
- Removal of trees along the cornices;
- Smoothing of the vertical gardens of the terrace;
- Removal and replacement of damaged terrace railing covers;
- Painting of the terraces;
- Reconstruction of roof exhausts;
- Repair of the terraces floor;
- Replacement of all water discharge nozzles;
- Pressure washing of the entire terraces surface;
- Priming of the entire terraces surface;
- Waterproofing of terraces, roof exhausts and their vertical gardens;
- Restoration of the drain pipes;
- Reparation of damages caused by water infiltrations in the apartments below;
- Repair of the floor of an apartment under the terrace.
