Securing of two Public Residential Buildings: building at Via Flaubert 56

Project description
The project involves the redevelopment, following fires, of two Public Residential Buildings of the Municipality XIV of Rome. Both apartments on the ground floor have been declared uninhabitable.
Here are the planned interventions for the building at Via Flaubert, 56:
- Pressure washing of the outer perimeter of the building and of the courtyards;
- Repair of rainwater collection descendant downspouts;
- Restoration of the bathrooms and kitchens drain pipes;
- Replacement of 2 boilers;
- Replacement of fixtures and glass in two apartments;
- Securing the gas pipeline and replacing of adduction pipe;
- Shoring of the ceiling affected by the fire;
- Treatment of fire-affected areas of the basement with specific paint for the containment of particles generated by the flames;
- Securing the affected area with "orsogril", special grilled panels.
