With reference to the modalities for the construction of the new preschool in Via Monte Cremasco (Municipality XV), the project promotes the following key elements:

• sustainability: efficient and environmentally sustainable materials, complying with green building requirements, will be used to promote a positive environmental impact;
• stimulating environment: the design of the nurseries, micro-nurseries and Be.B spaces is geared towards creating a stimulating educational and pedagogical environment;
• accessibility: the internal and external accessibility of the facility will be ensured through the organisation of differentiated routes;
• speed of execution and sustainable maintenance: the project will make use of modern modular, prefabricated, composable and repeatable systems, guaranteeing fast construction times and excellent durability;
• reduction in energy consumption: green building materials and passive heating and cooling systems will be adopted to achieve a significant reduction in energy consumption.
