In the Municipality of Rome VII, in the “Statuario” district, there is the “Guido Milanesi” secondary school in Via Tropea No. 26, dating back to 1995-1996, inside which is located the gymnasium that is the object of the intervention.
Although there are other, larger gyms in the school, the gym being redeveloped falls in a quadrant that is of significant strategic importance to the school facility.
Recovery and enhancement activities include:
- extensive work on the entire waterproofing sheathing of the structure;
- work on the floor of the access gallery;
- specific work on the structure of the gym volume and external finishes, including access areas.
