Redevelopment of the "Villa Leopardi" Library

Project description
The Villa Leopardi library in the Trieste district (II Municipality), on two levels with an area of about 290 square metres, will be the subject of a functional, architectural and system renovation.
Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:
- Resumption of painting of the lower section of the external elevation;
- Remaking of the plastering of the window panes and total internal painting;
- Maintenance of the external staircase;
- Replacement of the ground floor fixtures with double glazing;
- Redevelopment of electrical, data network, air conditioning, water-sanitary, fire and intrusion protection systems;
- Refunctionalisation of spaces to make them ergonomic and versatile, with attention to lighting and distribution of network terminals.
The goal is to make environments more efficient and adaptable to modern needs, while also improving the lighting and accessibility of technological resources.
