The redevelopment of the Raffaello Library, located near the metro station A "Anagnina" (VII Municipality), will focus on the ground floor of the building, which extends over two levels, with an outdoor green space at the back. 

Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:

• Improvement of external plasters with biocompatible plasters and façade repainting for a renewed aesthetic appearance;
• Revision of the roofing to ensure the structural integrity of the building;
• Revision of the external fixtures, installation of new partition walls and internal doors to optimise the internal environment;
• Cleaning and reorganisation of outdoor green areas to improve the overall appearance of the structure;
• Upgrading of electrical, data network, air conditioning, water-sanitary, fire and intrusion prevention systems to ensure safety and functionality;
• Installation of a photovoltaic system consisting of 20 panels with a power of 8 kW.
