Project description
The project is related to the extension of the Longhena Library on the second floor of the building and its overall redevelopment. The goal is to improve both the internal structures and the systems, ensuring a welcoming and functional environment for users.
Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:
- Extension of the library on the second floor of the building;
- Rebuilding of the roof slab finishing package;
- Review of slopes and correct grafting of descending elements;
- Consolidation of the reinforced concrete structures of the staircase;
- Renovation of interior plastering and flooring;
- Complete renovation of toilets, including installations and finishes;
- Complete renovation of the second floor, with plaster, paint and new flooring;
- Revision of the fixtures for both floors;
- Redevelopment of the electrical system and data network;
- Improvement of winter and summer air conditioning and mechanical ventilation;
- Renewal of the water-sanitary system and DHW production with the installation of a heat pump water heater;
- Adjustment of the fire-fighting system and the anti-intrusion system.
