Redevelopment of the "Ennio Flaiano" Library

Project description
The intervention aims to improve the energy efficiency of the first floor of the Maria Montessori school building, which houses the Ennio Flaiano Library in the Tufello neighbourhood. In addition, functional, architectural and system redevelopment of the structure will be planned.
Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:
- Creation of spaces for a digital newspaper archive, allowing the reading of newspapers and magazines on electronic devices;
- Creation of a co-working space to promote team or independent work;
- Set up of areas dedicated to outdoor study rooms on the first floor terrace to welcome readers;
- Destination of an outdoor area for bike sharing, with the installation of a charging station for electric bicycles.
