Project description
The Aldo Fabrizi library, located in the San Basilio neighbourhood (IV Municipality), will be the subject of a redevelopment project aimed at energy efficiency. The property, with an area of 1,874 square metres, will undergo several improvements, including the waterproofing of the roof, the remaking of plaster and paintwork, the external repaving and the overhaul of the fixtures.
In addition, the current boiler will be decommissioned and replaced with a heat pump for heating, connected to the solar thermal system for the production of domestic hot water (DHW). The lighting system will be renovated, with a focus on the enhancement of photovoltaics. Finally, the fire protection system will be improved by replacing the control unit and smoke detectors.
