Project description
The project will include the following activities:
- historical-stylistic restoration: a restoration that respects the historical and stylistic value of the prospects will be carried out, preserving the integrity of their original architectural characteristics;
- structural stability checks and consolidation: careful structural stability checks will be carried out on the walls, in order to identify any problems and, if necessary, carry out consolidation works to ensure the safety of the entire structure;
- restoration of the stucco-decorated walls: the walls decorated with stucco elements will undergo careful restoration, with the aim of preserving their original appearance and restoring their artistic beauty;
- reduction of moisture infiltration processes: specific measures will be taken to reduce moisture infiltration processes in the walls, providing a healthy and long-lasting environment for the prospects;
- making copies to reintegrate missing decorative and sculptural elements: faithful copies of missing decorative elements will be made in order to reintegrate missing elements and preserve the overall artistic unity;
- enhancement through lighting design and environmental restoration of the adjacent garden: the prospects will be enhanced through the use of lighting solutions that highlight their significant architectural elements.
