Project description
The project included a series of targeted interventions for the restoration of the monument and the complete fencing of the surrounding green area:
- Conservative restoration of the masonry walls and stuccoes to counteract the progressive deterioration of the decorations, with a scheduled maintenance plan;
- Protection against woodworm of the chestnut wood beams on the roof slopes of the farmhouse to the south;
- Replacement of the entire perimeter of the metal mesh fence with a new wrought iron fence of the “Palatina” type, covering 260 linear metres, completed by an inverted T-shaped reinforced concrete beam to support the small pillars.
