The maintenance work on Via Capo Passero, in Town Hall X, extends from the roundabout in Piazza Tolosetto Farinati degli Uberti to part of Piazza F. Conteduca.

The works, aimed at improving the safety and walkability of the road, will concern the carriageway, the sidewalks and the green area of the central partition. The area is characterized by an intense transit of private vehicles and pedestrians due to the presence of numerous commercial activities, the market of Piazza Tolosetto Farinati degli Uberti, as well as nearby, the Scuola della Guardia di Finanza and numerous schools. 

The wear of the road surface, due to traffic, is aggravated by the uplifts and disconnections due to the emerging roots of the pines along the roadway. In addition, the road is frequently traveled by ambulances in service for the Grassi Hospital, making maintenance even more urgent.
