The redevelopment of the Teatro Biblioteca Quarticciolo, located in V Municipality, aims to improve the environments and energy efficiency of the structure. 

Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:

• Remaking of 30% of the plaster and complete painting of the interior to improve the appearance and thermal insulation;
• Replacement of the glass wall on the upper floor with motorised blinders and revision of the other fixtures to improve functionality and safety;
• Revision of the waterproofing on the roof and restoration of the drainage vents to prevent water infiltration;
• Redevelopment of electrical, data network, air conditioning systems with mechanical ventilation, water and sanitation, fire prevention, intrusion prevention, and video surveillance;
• Replacement of inadequate luminaries and redistribution for better lighting in the necessary rooms.

The intervention aims to improve both the appearance and energy performance of the Teatro Biblioteca Quarticciolo, ensuring a more comfortable and safe environment for users.
